Black and Tan

Ingredients: 1 part Bass pale Ale, 1 part Guinness stout
Mixing instructions: Fill pint glass half full with Bass. Next pour Guiness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guiness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black & Tan.
Palmer Cocktail

Ingredients: 2 oz Blended whiskey, 1/2 tsp Lemon juice, 1 dash Bitters
Mixing instructions: Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Hot Toddy

Ingredients: 1 tblsp Honey, 3/4 glass Tea, 2 shots Brandy, 1 slice Lemon
Mixing instructions: Brew tea and fill tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in Brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.
Kentucky Colonel Cocktail

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bourbon, 1/2 oz Benedictine, 1 twist of Lemon peel
Mixing instructions: Stir bourbon and Benedictine with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
The Nog
Male
Ingredients: 1 oz Midori melon liqueur,1 oz Triple sec, 1 oz Light rum or vodka, 4 oz Pineapple juice
Mixing instructions: Pour Midori, triple sec, and rum into a 12 ounce highball glass filled with ice. Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice. Stir. Drink.
Rocket Fuel

Ingredients: 1 shot 160 proof Vodka, 1 shot Tequila, 1 shot White rum
Mixing instructions: Mix all in glass and drink rapidly
Island Girl

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Stoli Vodka, 4 oz Guava juice, 1 splash Cranberry juice, 1 dash Orange juice
Mixing instructions: Add all ingredients. Roll.
Wedding Belle Cocktail
