California Lemonade

Female: Liver and White

Ingredients: 2 oz Blended whiskey, Juice of 1 Lemon, Juice of 1 Lime, 1 tblsp Powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp Grenadine, Carbonated water

Mixing Instructions: Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a collins glass over shaved ice. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Decorate with slices of orange and lemon. Add the cherry and serve with a straw.

Fancy Whisky

Female: Liver and White

Ingredients: 2 oz Blended whisky, 1/4 tsp Triple sec, 1/4 tsp Powdered sugar, 1 dash Bitters, 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing Instructions: Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Stiletto

Female: Liver and White

Ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp Amaretto, 1 1/2 oz Blended whisky, Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Mixing Instructions: Pour all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, stir, and serve. (Bourbon may be substituted for blended whisky, if preferred.)

Preakness Cocktail

Female: Liver and White

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Blended whisky, 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1/2 tsp Benedictine, 1 dash Bitters, 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing Instructions: Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Boston Sour

Male: Liver and White

Ingredients: 2 oz Blended whisky, Juice of 1/2 Lemon, 1 tsp Powdered sugar, 1 Egg white, 1 slice Lemon, 1 Cherry

Mixing instructions: Shake juice of lemon, powdered sugar, blended whiskey, and egg white with cracked ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Add the slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
