Acapulco
Male: Liver and White
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Light rum, 1 1/2 tsp Triple sec, 1 tblsp Lime juice, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 Egg white, 1 Mint sprig
Mixing instructions: Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
Blue Tahoe
Male: Liver and White
Ingredients: 1 oz Blue Curacao, 1 oz Tequila, 1 oz Lime juice, 1 slice Lemon, 1 slice Orange, 4-5 Ice cubes, 1 Cherry, Mint leaves, Fill with Champagne
Mixing instructions: Put all ingredients in together followed by the champagne last
Green Devil
Male: Liver and White
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe, 1 tbsp Lime juice, Mint leaves
Mixing instructions: Shake gin, creme de menthe, and lime juice with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
Clover Leaf Cocktail
Female: Liver and White
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Gin, 2 tsp Grenadine, Juice of 1/2 Lemon, 1 Egg white, 1 Mint sprig
Mixing instructions: Shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
Just A Moomint
Female: Liver and White
Ingredients: 2 cups Milk, Chocolate syrup, 1/4 tsp Mint syrup, 1oz Kahlua
Mixing instructions: Place all ingredients in the blender jar – cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.
