Knock Out Cocktail
Ingredients: 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth, 3/4 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Anis, 1 tsp White Creme de Menthe, 1 Cherry
Mixing Instructions: Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.
White Spider
Ingredients: 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz White Creme de Menthe
Mixing Instructions: Pour over lots of ice.
Glacier Mint
Ingredients: 5 parts Vodka, 3 parts White Creme de Menthe, Lime juice
Mixing Instructions: Stir the ingredients together and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaves.
Midnight Mint
Ingredients: 1 oz Bailey’s irish cream, 3/4 oz White Creme de Menthe, 3/4 oz double Cream
Mixing Instructions: If available, rim cocktail (Martini) glass with sugar syrup then dip into chocolate flakes or powder. Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into cocktail glass.
Mint Tea
Ingredients: 2 oz White Creme de Menthe, 8 oz Iced tea, Ice Cubes
Mixing Instructions: Pour Creme de Menthe over ice and add Iced Tea to taste. Homemade Iced Tea is best, but Nestea and Lipton work just fine.
Mango Mint
Ingredients: 1 oz Rum, 1 1/2 oz Mango nectar, 2 tsp White Creme de Menthe, 3 oz crushed Ice
Mixing Instructions: Combine in a blender at low speed for 15 seconds. Strain, add ice.
