Mixing instructions: Serve in a shot glass or on the rocks

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey, 1 1/2 oz Irish cream, Ice cubes
Mixing instructions: Mix Irish whiskey, Irish cream, and ice cubes. Shake to chill. Serve with or without the ice, it is very good either way.

Ingredients: 1 oz Kahlua, 1 oz Irish cream, 1 – 1 1/2 oz Cream, fresh, 1/2 oz Cointreau or Grand Marnier, Ground Chocolate
Mixing instructions: This a kind of a Pousse Cafe. Float Irish cream over the Kahlua. Shake Cream with Cointreau. Float on the Irish cream. Garnish with chocolate.

Ingredients: 1 shot Vodka, 1 shot Kahlua, 1 shot Irish cream
Mixing instructions: Pour vodka over ice, add Kahlua and Irish cream. Stir add 1 to 3 filbert nut(s).
Raspberry Kiss

Ingredients: 1/2 oz Raspberry liqueur, 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao, 1/2 oz Irish cream, 1 oz Cream
Mixing instructions: Mix all ingredients with ice in mixing glass. Shake and strain.
Cancun Coffee

Ingredients:1 Lime, Sugar, 1/2 oz Kahlua, 1/2 oz Anisette, 1 oz Bailey’s Irish cream, 2-3 oz Coffee, Whipped cream
Mixing instructions: Moisten rim of coffee mug with lime and dip rim in sugar. Pour liqueurs into mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream.
