“They look like ants moving about,” Andy said while describing the puppies in their whelping box.  My friend Laura came over today to help me take puppy portraits for my display board for the Game Fair.  It took a little bit of time and always patience but, we got it done….bless her; I could of not gotten it done with out her.  Captain Crunch (Kahlua; black & white, male) today was playing with the other puppies while they were sleeping…he would mouth them and try to wake them up.  They sleep like logs.  When I pick them up they hardly wake up and when they do they seem very irritated.  Cosmo Katie (Trixie; white & liver, female) seems to have found her favorite place to sleep which is laying across Trixie’s ear; I am going to try an get a picture of it; it is priceless.  Tango Cocktail (Kahlua; black & white, male) is very mobile and able to almost stand all the way up with out his tummy touching the ground….he is so beautifully marked.
Aaron with Cosmo Katie (Trixie, Female: White & Liver)Aaron my little brother has been spending time with me and has been an enormous help with the dogs and puppies.  Jimmy spent most of the day carrying around a bone in his mouth.  SoBe lounged on the dog house for a better part of the day.  Ace chilled in the sun.  Miata is still hanging out inside with us along with Mini, Trixie, and Kahlua.  Miata will be able to be more in the yard after she is trained on the electric fence.  She is at the all legs stage right now…..she look lanky like a fawn.  Mini follows me around in the house and beds down at my feet where ever I might be.  Baker played all day with Tyrael; they chased each other a good portion of the day up and down the hill.  I am going tomorrow to go train in the field with live birds in Brandon; it should be fun….it always is.  I am excited because I am gearing up for the weekend at the Game Fair and I have the privilege of seeing more of my puppies grown and family members.  I hope to see you all there!
